Liked: Convenient to Dartmouth and touring Nh and Vermont. Wonderful restaurant.
Disliked: Parking was valet and there was only one person working. He was very nice but one person can only do so much. He needed some backup.

Liked: So convenient to so many attractions & staff was so sweet! All of them!! Front desk, Valet, waitstaff, bartenders(mixologists!)!! Hotel itself was pristine! Can’t wait to come back.

Terrific location with safe, predictable...

Liked: Hanover Inn Dartmouth is directly across from Dartmouth College green and campus, at the corner of charming boutiques and casual eateries. It is a prime location for the college (for visiting parents and reunions) and also a nice location for anyone traveling for a medical appointment or to visit a patient at DHMC nearby. Having said this there is a feel of corporate-ness and our room, touted as having a 'campus view', while it faced campus direction across the green this was nothing to write home about (the brick side of the hotel with a single campus spire poking above a tree beyonder). Also, the toilet lid of our toilet when first lifted revealed itself to be completely off its hinges, something that housekeeping (which did a good but not great job) may have noticed and attended to before we checked in. Pine, the bar-restaurant is fine, with outdoor seating for nice weather. The food is very American; the service good but not genteel. We had a single drink at the bar with friends, then opted for room service. There were no apparent streaming options so bring your own Apple TV or HDMI cable if you'd like to watch a film.
Disliked: The toilet. The host and restaurant service (however, the bartender was terrific and you can eat at the bar).
