We definitely plan to come...

Liked: the hotel is very close to Victoria station and to the Bus line to go to Harry Potter Studio. close to Buckingham Palace, and many restaurants. 30 min to the London eye on foot, and 45 min to Oxford street. the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is small but very clean and convenient
Disliked: The closet is quite small, for 3 people, it was not enough (only 2 nights but 3 girls)no stairs, so be ready to do some sport. We were asked if we needed some help though.

Stylish hotel in great location...

Liked: Really enjoyed my stay at The Portico. Rooms are stylish, bed was very comfy. Great shower with good pressure and hot water. Staff were friendly and made check in/out very easy and efficient.Great location and value for money. Would gladly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: There's no lift but I knew that when booking. Stairs were fine for me as an able-bodied person but acknowledge this would be challenging for anyone with injuries or disabilities.Generally clean throughout but could do with a bit more attention to detail to clean some marks off some surfaces and walls in the room. Noticed the condtioner bottle in the shower was empty on arrival and was not refilled/replaced after room was serviced. I did not mention it to the staff as it wasn't important to me. Being fair they may have taken action if I had requested it.

Convenient and well priced. Clean...

Liked: Well appointed bathroom. Clean. Plenty of facilities available within the room. Air cooling facility was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Very tidy and clean. Recently refurbished?
Disliked: A very small room. Presumably the size was to accommodate the en suite, however it did remind me of a corridor.Television didn't work.
