A reasonable place to stay...

Liked: Good location and reasonable price for the area
Disliked: AC stops in the middle of night and our TV did not work.

Liked: Clean, quiet room. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Good aircon.
Disliked: Could add a small fridge.

Liked: It was located within a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station and a 5 minute walk to grocery outlets and pubs. The room was clean (note: it is only serviced upon request). The price was very reasonable.
Disliked: The room was very small with not much wardrobe space nor space to live out of a suitcase. The breakfast area (we did not use) was in the basement and not very inviting; same for the small 'bar' area which was located on ground floor alongside the reception. We'd hoped to at least have the option to sit in an inviting lounge/bar downstairs for a drink at the end of the day. In summary: it was a place to sleep for the night.

Liked: The room was very small, but nice. Not ideal for more than one luggage. The Shower was one of the best I've seen!!The location is great and it was very easy to get to and from the hotel either by foot or by bus.
Disliked: The toilet sink is very very small so wasn't comfortable.My room was in the lower ground which was not fun, and the room faced a laundry/garbage pile which meant I couldnt really open my window.

Liked: Staff were on hand 24/7 to assist with anything. Happy and helpful Location was unbelievably great value for money. I felt safe, rooms were typical size for London but very comfortable. Breakout space for an afternoon drink to relax, luggage assistance with stairs. Food and beverage room service available

Disliked: I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, as I am fully aware that hotel staff are often overworked and generally do their best under difficult conditions. It is not my intention to criticise the efforts of hardworking employees. However, in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience, I recently stayed at this hotel in a Deluxe Triple Room, which, according to the description, was supposed to include a proper wardrobe. However, the room was extremely cramped, leaving very little space to move around. The so-called wardrobe was, in fact, a narrow shelving unit approximately 30cm wide, with a door, offering no possibility to hang clothes. This was particularly inconvenient, as we were travelling for work and needed to store formal attire properly. With no functional storage, we had to keep our clothing in our suitcases, which could not even be fully opened due to the limited space.Furthermore, the hairdryer, which was listed as one of the room's amenities, did not work. To make matters worse, our room was located on the fourth floor, with no elevator access – a detail that had not been clearly communicated at the time of booking.Cleanliness also left much to be desired. The bathroom and bed linen were not up to standard, which is unacceptable given the price of £892.93 for a three-night stay.
