Great room, comfy beds and...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and room was spacious
Disliked: I wish there was a mini fridge

Liked: The location was really good. Especially if you arrived at luton airport.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, a lot of dust.

Good for the price paid!

Liked: Room is perfect size, not too big or not too small. Location was perfect... walking distance to Victoria Underground station and Buckingham Palace. Also, quite a lot of stores nearby for food and shopping.
Disliked: Elevator not onsite. Fortunately, we requested for a ground floor room, and they provided one on the ground floor for us.

Great value for money and...

Liked: Great value for money. Nice room for 3 people. Our child had a proper bed and not just a sofa bed.
Disliked: No view from the window (basement room) made it feel a little closed in.

Excellent for London Weekend

Liked: Fantastic location close to Victoria and Pimlico. Nicely appointed room and bathroom. Very nice staff on duty 24 hours. I felt very safe.
Disliked: No lift - you will need to walk up a lot of stairs so leave your heavy luggage at home

Superb

Liked: Great room, great value and really convenient location. We needed a spot for a short stay in London that wouldn't break the bank, but still wanted a nice room and easy access by train. The staff was very kind and friendly, and we were able to store our luggage after checkout so that we could explore the neighbourhood. Will definitely be a go-to choice for future nights out in London!

Comfy hotel, great location and...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, it didn’t stay on long, we were told in the morning it was due to steam from a shower. These things can happen I guess but it affected our sleep. Also our luggage was kept in an unsecured room.

Liked: What a great hotel. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with professional and happy staff. We were upgraded to a deluxe three bedroom room as we were late arriving for a theatre show and rushing. The reception had a 24hr bar with a small seating area and room service. We asked the prices of the drinks which were exceptionally reasonable. There was also a toilet in the reception area. Their luggage storage was spacious and kept safe in a room guests could not access. The hotel was a less than 10min walk to Victoria Train and Underground and closer to Victoria Coach Station. The area was quiet with little traffic and no bars or shops.
