Exceptional

Liked: Location is perfect....easy walk into the city, very close to Victoria station. The staff are really lovely; very welcoming and friendly. Check in/out was quick and effortless.

Nice room, terrible climb up...

Liked: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent.
Disliked: Top of the list is the lack of a lift. At 80 years old, climbing up ten flights of steep stairs is excruciating. And nobody offers to help with luggage.

Great location- close to Apollo...

Liked: N/A
Disliked: Our original room was very clean but in the basement and had no view at all just a wall. But we spoke to reception and they moved us straight away.

Perfect location for Victoria Station...

Liked: Lovely staff, decor & location really nice
Disliked: Could do with some more attention to cleaning - but the beds and bathroom were clean. Just more attention needed for things like surfaces, carpets and in particular skirting/base boards!

Good location but not so...

Liked: The location is great and decoration was nice in the room. Very stylish, comfy bed and clean sheets.
Disliked: The bathroom door cannot be closed, our room was not tidyed during any of the days of our stay.The breakfast was very dissapointint unfortunately.
