Disliked: At the end of the checkout they tried to charge us for a towel that was already stained prior to our visit. Staff was not even helpful they were getting loud asking how did we stain it and blamed us that we stained it with makeup when we actually did wash our face with that towel.

Disliked: 22 minutes waiting time , late at night, in the airport to get the free shuttle.neighbor was playing football tv show till 1am at least…even if noise was muffled by window, it was quite disturbing for people sensible to noise at night

Disliked: We arrived to the room and there was no controller. The shower floor was also very slippery causing my girlfriend to fall hard onto the floor. There were no warning signs or floor matt. I tried talking to staff after the incident but they were not in the front desk. The next morning I advised the front desk lady hut she did not care. She said they only clean the shower with water and soap so there is no reason for it to be slippery. Does this mean they don't disinfect the bathroom? Gross. We all felt how slippery the floor was so we eventually put a towel in the shower And got charged for it the next day because it was stained. I'm just happy my elderly father didn't join our stay because he could have fallen on the slippery floor.
