Not satisfactory

Liked: Breakfast ok. Suite over priced and stairs to enter and exit with luggage. Receptionist kept saying I don’t understand. Poor customer service.
Disliked: Suite had stairs. Receptionist not knowledgeable. Or helpful. She kept saying I don’t understand

Liked: Location is very close to airport and has transportstion from airport to hotel .
Disliked: The lady working the night shift was pretty rude , other than the the staff was great
