Amazing Location . Wonderful staff...

Liked: Everything . Staff helpful and attentive . Room small and very comfortable . Spotlessly clean . Linen and towels good quality . Decor quirky and interesting . Location absolutely Fantastic .
Disliked: Had to think long . Only the very tiny elevator . Pretty standard for Paris if there is one .

Timeless boutique in great location

Liked: The hotel is quaint and the decor is simple with some vintage style. When we arrived, the front desk staff member didn’t hesitate to help us with our luggage. The check in was quick. The breakfast was also pretty good for such a boutique hotel. And bonus, unlimited coffee and water. Finally, the location is great. Access to tons of walkable restaurants and historic sites. There is also the mall next to us so we could grab any last things we needed.
Disliked: Everything is pretty tiny. The elevator is really meant for one person with luggage at a time. I am a lighter traveler so it is fine for me but not my family. The toilet is also in a very tight space. In addition, i wish they had usb chargers. I brought a converter but would've just provided more convenience to multiple outlets. I was there for a wedding and unfortunately my bathroom outlet was unusable because someone had already fried it. I hope they fix that for future guests. Finally, they give you unlimited coffee and water, however, going in the summer, we could've really benefited from having a mini fridge yo keep drinks cold or having an ice machine in the building. Finally, the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were very flat.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, all the attractions are close by, you can walk everywhere. But I especially want to mention the staff, they were all very kind and attentive. Special thanks to Theo.

Pleasant

Disliked: Bad soundproofing. Noisy. Uncomfortable bed. Aircon doesn’t work well during the night. Wifi didn’t work one night out of 3.Was very expensive when I stayed there (I don’t think it’s always that expensive).

Superb

Liked: I liked the bathroom and bed was comfy and good amount of sockets to plug stuff inThe night staff was very welcoming had a nice conversation.
Disliked: The drinks at breakfast was kept quite low but besides that it was good

Great Little Gem

Liked: Couldn't fault it. The room was a double with enquire clean, tidy comfortable and everything you needed. I took a small travel kettle as I'd read they did not have those facilities in room, so not an issue. Some comments said too compact but we are pensioners and hsd no issue both got in lift with case. Breakfast both mornings gave a range of foods and was fresh and appetising. It was a short walk from Etieene Marcel metro and les halles. Less than a kilometre to the seine and not much further to Notre Dame. Staff gsve us advice on how to get to places. It was really well situated.
Disliked: Nothing no complaints at all
