Our first time at the hotel, and we will be back. Staff was friendly; hotel was clean and very quiet. Easy to get to Chase Center from hotel on the Metro.

I've worked in the hotel industry for a while so I am aware of how it operates. I've heard all the compliments and criticisms one could hear. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant; from the front desk agent, to the luggage greeters, to the night staff. It's conveniently located so I understand the pricing - I just thought the breakfast could have been priced a little more reasonably. However, I get it. I wish I knew the names of some of the members of the staff so I could mention them - they made me feel quite welcome and comfortable. Job well done.

Disliked: I wasn’t happy with my room being on the pool deck. Very open to everyone using the pool. And hence security not as secure as I would have liked it.

Disliked: Had picked this hotel due to heated pool for my children. Unfortunately the pool was out of action during the time of our stay. Very disappointed kids.
