Disliked: Rooms felt old and tired, lack of variety of food. Room key RFID broke after almost every use, expensive drinks and slow service. Hotel felt under equipped with staff.

Disliked: No air conditioning, room was ridiculously hot and bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. There was also no plug sockets next to the bed for charging phones.

Liked: Gorgeous room with 2 comfortable double beds. Hotel set in lovely surroundings. Staff very helpful. Spa area clean and well staffed.

Liked: Breakfast food offering was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The setting was nice.
Disliked: Prior to our arrival, I attempted to contact the establishment by phone four times. On the first three attempts, my call was disconnected at the same point the recorded messaging or holding system.Room - The room lacked air conditioning, and ice was offered to be placed in front of the fan. We made this request on two occasions however, both times, the ice delivery was significantly delayed. On the second occasion, the delay was so extensive that we had to repeatedly follow up as we wished to sleep, and it ultimately took nearly an hour.The shower pressure was extremely weak, and there was a persistent noise, from a generator, which was highly disruptive.The room was far from the reception area, requiring a lengthy walk while dragging bags across stones. No transport assistance was offered during check-in. Additionally, when we inquired about parking at reception upon check-in, we were to an incorrect car situated far from our room. Coffee served at breakfast was of poor quality.
