Liked: Lovely old property laid out very well. Really nice spa and the buffet breakfast was great.

Nice location, average stay

Liked: Nice location, easily accessible from London. The manor is a nice, and very serene place. Nice golf course.
Disliked: Old fashioned pub food, poor insulation (you can hear noise from adjacent rooms and corridors), average comfort in bedrooms. Reception staff tends to be dismissive whenever you ask for something. Game room isn’t really accessible to everyone (you have to pay to access it because golf simulator and pool table are in the same place).

Liked: The staff were excellent and I enjoyed the spa and exercise classes.
Disliked: I had asked for a room with a view however the conservatory roof gave me a very restricted view. I was a bit disappointed with the room. Some areas of the hotel look tired and would benefit with a face-lift.
