Nice for spa weekend

Liked: Went for a spa gateway. Really nice hotel, the building is beautiful and so are the grounds and garden. The staff is very nice and friendly and the restaurant and spa are great.
Disliked: There could be Netflix available on the TVs in the bedroom.

Lovely beautiful hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel,I stayed overnight for a spa break. It's in a quite peaceful location with 2 restaurants on site and a relaxing spa. The service and welcome from William was outstanding, providing all the information you need and providing a very warm welcome.

Another great stay

Liked: Lovely swimming pool! Beautiful hotel and grounds. So child friendly. Staff exceptional... Rohan at breakfast has an eagle eye and manages everything so effortlessly and makes everyone feel like they're the most important guest there. You're not rushed like at some hotel breakfasts. Candice (or was it calice) was always so friendly and efficient. Cleaning staff... Everyone really... Lovely. Forgot the name is the ladies who served us dinner and the dinner manager but they were all lovely too
Disliked: Not much choice for kids lunch and dinner. Just one kids menus with only three mains. When you're having lunch and dinner and staying three nights, can get boring
