Great for price; nice staff; free breakfast; clean.

Liked: Close to beaches, by car; quiet place; nice staff; free breakfast.
Disliked: Couldn't connect to wifi; lack of good positioned plug outlets; old building but clean.

Ok for a night if...

Liked: Good location, close to the beach, close enough to drive to Kittery, rooms updated, comfortable bed, designated smoking areas, friendly staff.
Disliked: Economy queen room was tiny. Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Definitely not worth the price based on size. No table just a desk with 1 chair.

Wouldn’t suggest this place to...

Liked: It looked like a nice place.
Disliked: Our reservation got canceled literally when we got there. The owner told us that when we got there he gave our room up to someone else and canceled us. Didn’t even give us a call for a heads up nothing just canceled it at 9pm so my wife & I are searching for rooms at 9pm thank god we found another place to stay because we would’ve been sleeping in our car because of this Hotel owner.

Disliked: The refrigerator, no door on the freezer, so everything freezes!!!!! Was told. all refrigerators. are going to be updated to a refrigerator only.
