Hampton Inn By Hilton Youngstown-North

We were in town for a Rod Stewart Concert and our entire experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The front desk (Barbara and Jerrold) assisted us with directions and answered our questions. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was great and the bed was like sinking into a marshmallow! I fell asleep immediately. Definitely would stay again and have already recommended it to friends.

Liked: The breakfast was really good, nice variety of choices. The location was perfect for what we had come down for.
Disliked: Parking seemed a bit tight but nothing terrible.

Good for one night

Liked: Staff were friendly and checking was quick. Lots of places to eat nearby and really close to the main roads
Disliked: Aircon woke me up. Far too noisy

Liked: Linens were nice and very clean. Liked the abundance of towels and hooks in bathroom. Bathroom was nice and clean. Ray at the desk was very kind.
Disliked: Room smelled like there were pets and there was a septic type odor that came from the sink.

Superb

Liked: Our room and the hotel was well equipped and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We were very happy with our stay.
Disliked: Our only negative is that the walls seem thin. When we arrived, the people in the room next door were playing loud music. However, the staff member at reception called them and the noise stopped. The rest of our stay was quiet and pleasant.
