We were in town for a Rod Stewart Concert and our entire experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The front desk (Barbara and Jerrold) assisted us with directions and answered our questions. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was great and the bed was like sinking into a marshmallow! I fell asleep immediately. Definitely would stay again and have already recommended it to friends.
Liked: The whole stay.
Disliked: No negatives.

Liked: The staff was helpful and kind. He got is a queen room, so thankfully we had a place to stay.
Disliked: We reserved a king size room, but were told that they didn't have one for us when we arrived. This was disappointing since we booked several month ago.

Liked: Hotel was great in all aspects.
Disliked: I didn?t like that I paid more going through booking.com than my friends did just reserving at the hotel. Makes me not want to us Booking.com again. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but not horrible

We came, we slept well...
Liked: The room was warm, the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, and Jackie, Benjamin and Ryan should be giving the rest of the staff lessons on being cheerful and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast entree of cheese omelette and sliced meat was awful.

Disliked: we were suppose to stay at this Hampton Inn and we did not because of an impending snowstorm that would prevent us from getting home the next day to Boston. I did call the hotel and say that we would not be coming but we were charged anyway. Is there anyway we can get a credit for this stay?? We book a great deal through this website and feel something could be done. I am open to any suggestions...thank you
