We were in town for a Rod Stewart Concert and our entire experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The front desk (Barbara and Jerrold) assisted us with directions and answered our questions. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was great and the bed was like sinking into a marshmallow! I fell asleep immediately. Definitely would stay again and have already recommended it to friends.
Liked: The whole stay.
Disliked: No negatives.

Liked: Things were done well as expected. Thank you!
Disliked: Being a weekend and a bit crowded, it would have been nice to have a sign telling people that the breakfast nook isn't a one-way line. Many people were waiting behind people waiting for waffles without realizing they could go around. Also, 2 waffle makers would have helped during the rush. In the room, I missed having a suitcase caddy - sorry I don't know the name, to put my suitcase on.

It was bearable and managed...
Liked: The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The shower drain was clogged and it filled up when I was taking a shower. My partner told the front desk and all they said the drain probably needs cleaned but they didn?t come up to fix it.The grounds itself was a bit nasty. There was trash and dog feces on the ground and there was a dog that continued to bark over and over again. People in the halls were very loud. The elevators needed wiped down.

Liked: The check-in staff was so pleasant and very nice. But some other overnight stuff really could use an upgrade their personality
Disliked: . I didn't like how booking.com Miss led me to believe that I was getting a quadruple suite for what I booked when it turned out to be nothing but your standard size room with two queen size beds in it there was no nothing in that description that was based on the hotel itself they used pictures of another hotel to get us to book there so misleading I didn't understand I thought maybe they gave me a different room and then when I went up to the front desk the lady at the front desk looked at my booking.com and she was mortified because those pictures are not of their hotel that's what Hampton but it is not where I was booked into I booked paying for something that was a very expensive believing I was getting a nice room but that's how they get you booking.com is misleading and they get 15% charge up for it too

Fine for most, but fitness...
Liked: Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Fitness center needs work. One elliptical, seemed ok. One bike, but it didn?t have resistance, only one setting. And it was kind of loud. Treadmill had a 220 plug but there was no 220 outlet in the room. Why?

Liked: Spacious, has all you need. Staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Suzanne who went out of her way to get eggs for my daughter
