Liked: We always love staying here because it is close to the university and they have a good breakfast and it's very clean and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating
Disliked: Upon check-in there was an employee in training who weis sniffling and coughing and rubbing her eyes and sounded like she was in excruciating agony. She continued to tell us multiple times it was only allergies, and that may be, but, I did not think it was very professional of the management on staff at the time to continue to have her weight on customers who were checking in being in that level of feeling unwell. We typically get free water, etc, with our rewards, but we got nothing and the level of customer service just wasn't where it normally is. We felt badly for the front desk attendant, but if you are feeling that poorly, it should be recognized by management, and perhaps make other arrangements for the front desk.

Very clean, friendly staff, enjoyed...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, convenient check out time, penalty charge for smoking inside to discourage smoking inside the hotel, hallways smelled fresh and clean, extra towels provided, front desk sends text messages to check in and make sure everything is going okay and will answer questions via text as well
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like. I've stayed here twice now.

I will not be staying...

Liked: I had a place to sleep for the night.
Disliked: I had no idea that microwaves were not in the room. I called the front desk to ask about that, and the lady working that night (I believe her name was Kelly or Kelsie) was very, very unprofessional from check in! I had an urgent matter and I asked if I could have a few more minutes after 11:00am to check out, and she was again, rude and unprofessional.
