Great stay and I could...
Liked: Receptionist asked my reason for stay. I told her it was medical and had an appointment with a local clinic there in Wilmington. She expressed her concerns and I received a card under the door in my room the next morning. What a wonderful staff I though, thanks very much.
Disliked: The soda machine was out of diet drinks.

I loved the staff, location,...
Liked: Location was perfect, the beds/bedding was extremely comfortable, and the staff was excellent. The desk staff was friendly, helpful, and compassionate regarding my family member?s illness.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet offered a variety of items, including hot foods. However, it was not on par with offerings at Wilmington?s Homewood Suites.

Exceptional
Liked: I happened to be chosen as the "guest of the day," which was a happy surprise, especially since I never win anything! This allowed us an up-front parking space, a goody bag, and room-service breakfast! Even beyond this pleasing, unexpected experience, our stay was exceptional... I would definitely stay again.
