For the amount of money...
Disliked: Valet parking added another $50 to an already expensive $275 a night room. The toilet paper was very substandard.The shower had mold spots and the sink had someone else’s hair from a beard trim all over it. There was no soap on the sink. There was a small blood splatter on the wall in room 421! We were counting on a shuttle bus to take us to our wedding venue four blocks away as it was pouring rain all weekend. When I needed my car to go to a wedding, the valet informed he was at the airport and would be 20 minutes or so!

Disliked: Booking.com told me if I check out within an hour of our call I could get two nights refunded that I didn’t stay. But they never gave me the refund and booking agent wasn’t able to contact them anymore

Liked: Location, comfortable beds
Disliked: Check-in took so long, and they were having trouble finding my reservation. In the checkout, they charged me a higher rate than the one I had booked. They had no problem fixing it, though.

I enjoyed my stay at...
Liked: The staff was very hospitable and the hotel was very clean!!! Very nice accommodations with a variety of options. From check-in to check-out, our stay at hotel was very commendable.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I didn’t have an omelette option for breakfast but that’s ok. I was able to settle for the waffles.

This was a very costly...
Liked: The location was convenient to downtown Wilmington.
Disliked: Upon opening the door to room 413, below is a complete list of the lack of cleanliness and safety during our stay:1. Room phone was dead. Asked the manager about it at the front desk, and she shrugged her shoulders as if it wasn’t a big deal. I had to explain to her if we needed anything there was no way to dial down to the front. She said there was nothing she could do about the phone, and gave me her business card to call if we needed anything.2. The bathroom and the room were not serviced, meaning no toiletries, toilet paper in the bathroom and no blanket in the closet. We had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for all those things. Instead of someone bringing them to our room, they loaded us down with toilet paper and a blanket.3. There was black hair on top of the shower drain.4. The carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming.5. The entry and bathroom floors were filthy black.I cleaned the bathroom floor and entry floor with a wet hand towel.6. Dirty tray table. It was sticky and had visible stains on it. I also cleaned it with a hand towel.7. Dirty foot stool and sofa. The stool was filthy black, and the sofa had visible white stains on several areas ofthe sofa.8. The room thermostat did not keep the temperature set for the room. Again, I mentioned this to the manager, and she said there was nothing she could do.THey offered to move us to another room after we already unpacked. Before packing and moving to the offered room, I asked to see it, and they said it was just like the room we were currently in, and did not allow us to view the room, so we stayed, and I put in a request for housekeeping to come after 11am the next two consecutive days, and literally never even showed up. When I asked why we were not receiving cleaning services, they said they did not have enough housekeepers to clean rooms. While I sympathized and understood, that problem was for the hotel to fix in order to meet the needs of their guests.

Would not stay here again.
Disliked: The beds were made but under the comforter, there was not fitted sheets on either beds and the mattress cover on one bed was covered with dirt, hair, and even a small blood stain. Also, there isn't a parking lot at this location. There is additional $25 for parking (valet attendant takes the car and brings it back when we need it but takes time to retrieve).
