Disliked: Pool was closed even tho I booked this place for the pool. The night staff was rude asking if I was from America because he couldn’t understand what I was saying. Internet did NOT work. When I got there the first room he gave me was used (I have the recording) then my room got downsized. Pillows on bed was cheap and flimsy. I would never recommend this place

Liked: Convenient to my destination.
Disliked: I have not yet received my receipt for my stay, which was supposed to be emailed to me. I was told at check out that they couldn't print my receipt at that time. I think something suspicious was going on. I had two rooms for four nights each.

Disliked: Quality and selection. Provide fresh fruit and yogurt

Staff were good, hotel not...

Liked: Our room was clean, staff were very friendly, attentive, and approachable.
Disliked: The website for the hotel and the Booking listing for the hotel both say there is a pool— that is not true and apparently was closed over a year ago. Continental breakfast was poor; by 7:30am food was cold, cereal stale, coffee like warm and old. Overall the lobby was kind of dingy- walls throughout the hotel seemed kind of marked up/banged up. Bathroom was clean, but the door didn’t work well due to moisture damage. Obvious evidence of old poorly masked moisture damage in the bathroom. Curtains over the air conditioner had mold/mildew spots on them.
