Liked: I had to change rooms at midnight from unruly guests above me. After 1/2 hour the staff finally told them to be quiet, but they were still noisy, so we changed rooms. Awful night.

I really enjoyed my visit!

Liked: The hotel was close to the event. I liked that there were stores, malls and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would go back even if it’s to get away for the weekend. I also love pools.
Disliked: I wouldn’t change things for now.

Perfect for this solo out-of-towner's...

Liked: The staff were inviting and helpful at all times. The breakfast dining area is very spacious, and the breakfast offerings were perfect for me. The local area was quiet. The hotel rooms were also quiet. Impressive Wi-Fi strength and speed -- I'd say the best I've had across all hotels I've visited in the last couple years. AC/heater worked great. Hotel is showing it's age but is still inviting. I slept well here.
Disliked: Cleanliness in the my room and in common areas (inside and outside) could be improved. Specifically, the floors could use a good vacuuming and the outside entrance (guest drop-off) could be swept and washed to improve appearances. The TV-Cable offering is limited and many of the channels freeze/pause regularly. I had to unplug my TV a few times to reset the signal.
