My recent stay at the Hampton Inn was very enjoyable! Entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping service was excellent! Continental breakfast was very good with a variety of choices each AM. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again!

The rooms are spacious and very clean. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The wall mounted headboard needed to be tightened.

There is no bar and the bar in the Hilton next door is only open between 5 and 10 so we were unable to get a drink when we wanted one.

Liked: Demon was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Shuttlewaited 40 minutes and he never got out of his seat for me. I had to open and close the door which was difficult for me. (I did not have any bags.)

Liked: I appreciated the friendly arrival greeting at the front desk after my long, difficult drive. The hotel looks newly redecorated with a nice restaurant, and I loved the room and the hi-end walk-in shower.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Location was great! Easy access to all the major highways and schools.
Disliked: Check in was terrible. Was treated like a second class citizen, I watched the interactions with another customer and it was the polar opposite, treated with courtesy and respect! Asked about a $5 parking fee ( which is not stated on their website)
