Didn’t happen but had to...

Liked: Booked wrong town by mistake and company wasn’t helpful at all and had to pay for a room I couldn’t use . Customer service was insensitive
Disliked: The whole situation. Rude customer service . Unhelpful business

Disliked: Too many dogs Dont get me wrong. I love dogs. Just not several on the elevator not well behaved at the time. Plus several of my family are allergic.
