A horrible experience making a...

Liked: The view was nice. The front desk clerks were nice.
Disliked: We were switch from the Hilton to the Hamoton Inn upon arrival. The room was very stark. Only one chair to sit in. Bedding was too heavy. No in room information. Staff was unaware of the channel for the World Series. Asked for a handicapped accessible room for my 91 year old Mother. No go.
