Such a relaxing stay for...
Liked: We stayed for our anniversary trip. The hotel was very clean and love that there was breakfast. The first night I noticed the fridge was broken, so I called the staff and the next day maintenance came to replace the fridge. They have a can-do attitude and love how they were attentive to us!
Disliked: Homeless people walking around, however, that’s expected being in downtown.

Hotel OK, but next time...
Liked: Location in downtown was excellent, we could go out by foot. reakfast was above expectations. Hotel has good amenities like water, ice, and a very nice pool. Everything was clean and in a proper condition.
Disliked: Reception was very unfriendly, one guy was constantly cewing gum with open mouth, one girl had earplugs and listen to music, quite amazing for such a pace und a NO GO. Very disappointing.Parking (in the hotel garage) was 20 USD per day, which is way too much.Room was large and well equiped, but noisy from the street.

Poor communication, unexpected fees, and...
Liked: Overall, the property was nice, clean, and safe. However, the staff's rude and dismissive attitude when I requested a check-out extension made my stay an unpleasant experience.
Disliked: The communication and interaction with the staff were very disappointing. I had called earlier to request a late check-out at 12 PM due to my travel conference at the Tucson Convention Center, and a male staff member approved my request. However, I later received a call from a female staff member, Giana, insisting that I had to check out immediately. When I explained that I had already been given approval, she refused to believe me. Additionally, I was traveling with my dog and was unexpectedly charged a $75 pet fee, which was never mentioned at check-in. I had informed the staff upon arrival that I had my dog with me, and one of the reasons I chose the Hampton Inn was because it was pet-friendly—yet no one informed me of the fee. On top of that, parking costs $20 per day, further increasing the already high cost of staying at this property. Given these issues, I will most likely never stay here again.
