My son and I stayed...
Liked: I liked the cleanliness, the shower, the location, the room overall and friendly staff.
Disliked: The beds are too firm.

It was ok.
Liked: The location is perfect for TOwson Universoty events.
Disliked: My reservation could not be found and it took quite a while to work it out. Then the price was not what they said it would be and I had to return to the front desk multiple times.My daughter will be at Towson for the next 4 years so I hope things improve.

Nice, with some big flaws
Liked: The property was new, clean and the front desk staff was very nice.
Disliked: There is no, I mean ZERO, handicapped parking!!! The entire front of the hotel is for valet parking only. The hotel practically comes to the curb, with a row of valet parking, there is no where to pull in to unload your car, literally no drive to pull into. You have to double park in the road or go park your car in the garage and walk all of your things in. Location is good, but we were in on a Sat night when Towson university was in session and I was awoken several times by the partying in the street. We were on the 6th floor! I thought for sure I was mistaken and it was in the hotel, but looking out the window it was coming from outside. The WiFi was very difficult to get onto. We have 16 year olds who struggled. You have to create an account so that you will forevermore receive promotional emails. Like many hotels they’re riding the Covid wave and only coming in for housekeeping every other day. Cutting services and staff, but not reducing what’s charged. You hear hotels aren’t doing well because of the era of airbnb and VRBO. The edge they had was that your room was cleaned, TP replenished, bed made, but they’ve done away with that.
