Lovely hotel. Will stay again
Liked: The location was good, and the ambiance of the hotel was great. The breakfast is probably the best I'd seen in hotels. Had lots of varieties and the kitchen staff were warm and friendly. My family and I had a good time, and if we come to Mississauga again, we'd definitely be staying here. Everywhere was clean, and the aura and vibe were clean and positive.
Disliked: Maybe the bed rails. Hit our legs a few times, though nothing serious. Still, it should be checked.

Nice amenities and continental breakfast...
Liked: There was a lot of good during my stay. The room was clean (which is always a big thing for me), the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was overall pretty good. the hotel was in a good location for my work the next day.
Disliked: There were unfortunately several things that were not the greatest. Really the main issue that I had was the air conditioner in my room. I checked in a little late, a bit after 8, and while I was eating dinner, I was sitting at the desk next to the air conditioner. I felt a little cold, so I went to lower the fan speed or increase the temperature. However, I was unable to do anything with the controls as none of the buttons worked. In additions, the air conditioner seemed a bit loud, but I didn't think too much of it since I was sitting right next to it at the time. I thought about asking about it or potentially seeing if I could change rooms, but I did not want to make a big deal of it, and I had had a long work day and really did not want to go through the hassle. I finished my dinner, took a shower, talked with my wife for a bit, and then got ready for bed. As I was falling asleep, the air conditioner did not seem too loud, and I was able to fall asleep. However, throughout the night, and especially starting at about 3:30am, the air conditioner was incredibly loud. It woke me up many times, and I was unable to do anything about it. From 3:30am on, I really did not get any sleep. I had quite a bad headache all day at work as a result, and it was unfortunately because of the air conditioner. I left around 6:30am for work, and I was not asked how my stay was by the gentleman at the desk when I left, so I did not bring it up with the front desk. One other small thing. I asked for a receipt because I need it for work. I booked the hotel through booking.com, and when checking out, I was told they do not print receipts when booking through a third party. Maybe it is just me, but it seems rather silly that they could not provide me with a single piece of paper because I did not book directly with them.
