Our stay at the Hampton Inn was great. As soon as we checked in, the manager "Jason" was so kind and helpful he made us feel right at home. We arrived 2 hours before check in and they already had our two suites available for us to move right in and relax. My boys and I went right down to the pool and fitness center. Fitness center was small but it had some of the best up to date equipment and we all got an awesome workout! (couldn't walk the next morning...LOL). Jason (manager) set up and made sure our boys had shuttle rides to and from their concert event. My wife and I got a little hungry early in the afternoon and we didn't want to get lunch because it was too late knowing it would spoil my birthday dinner later that night. So I went down to the lobby for snacks and selected a few things and drinks - when I went to pay for them Jason came over to the cashier and told her the snacks are on the house! Next morning my wife and I couldn't believe the breakfast spread - the food was OUTSTANDING! We will be back for sure.
Liked: Manager Jason was a great manager. He will truly make sure your stay is perfect! Rooms were nice and clean; bed and sleep sofa was so comfortable. The best part was the breakfast - food was outstanding. Will stay here again for sure!
Disliked: The only bad thing was some loud people returning from a heavy metal show that night at the Worcester Palladium and the in-door pool is tiny but refreshing.

Liked: Leesa was really helpful and very kind. You need security outside. Drug deals and people waiting to purchase drugs sat in the chairs reserved for hotel guests outside and made entering and departing the hotel uncomfortable for me and my daughter. They were always out there day and night. The rates you charge certainly justify having a safer environment

Quiet hotel with Excellent customer...
Liked: The hotel was located in a quiet location. The room was very clean and the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. During Covid-19, I felt comfortable staying at this hotel, adding an additional night to my reservation.
Disliked: Due to Covid-19, hot meals were NOT provided. For three days, breakfast consisted of a brown bag filled with a water bottle, vetallia blueberry cookies and a pack of pop tarts. I would have preferred fruit or muffins. The cost of hotel room was a bit high, especially since hot meals were not provided, even though the website indicated hot meals.
