Small hiccup with checking in,...
Liked: Clean, very clean actually. Good water pressure in the shower, and big rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is a plus.
Disliked: we showed up at 5pm and our room wasn?t ready to be checked in yet, wasn?t cleaned, even though check in as 3pm. Took them another hour and not the 20 minutes they said to get it ready.

Overcharged and lied to.
Liked: Facilities are fine and what you would expect; relatively clean and comfortable. The issue is that they overcharge guests, so beware! and the staff are not very helpful in resolving issue.
Disliked: I was overcharged and lied to by the manager regarding canceling a night of my reservation. I called the hotel directly as I was unable to both cancel one night and book the night I needed to stay of my two night reservation. The manager I spoke to said she could do it on her end through booking, and would take care of it. She told me not to cancel my reservation and rebook or I was in danger of losing my reservation, as they were so booked up, but she could take care of it at her end.I did not see the one night canceling show up on Booking.com so I called back she assured me she had taken care of it and I was all set. To cover all bases I also sent a message to the hotel through Booking which was not responded to, but I assumed, at that point, she was taking care of it.Fast forward to the stay, it was never taken care of and I was charged for the second night. When I tried to resolve the issue there was no one at the hotel who could talk to me about it, and when I messaged the property about it I did not get a response.While I was there, waiting in the lobby, I heard someone at the front desk argue with someone over the phone about an apparent over charge. I think this is something this hotel regularly does so beware with your booking and do not trust what the "manager" says. For the cost of one night's stay, they lost me as a customer and get a bad review.
