Liked: From the time pulled up I was greeted with valet them helping with my bags , walking in very bright and clean and checking in the manger Nick was everything very friendly and pleasant
Disliked: No parking had no choice to use valet, on street parking was very full overall going with valet was ok Eric was awesome took real good care of me

Liked: It was okay, because staff did not keep hot food stocked the last hour of service and it ran out.
Disliked: Booking site did not inform me of having only valet parking and was surprised when I arrived.

Liked: Comfortable large rooms with all amenities. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

Smelly, and ridiculous parking fees

Disliked: I had an drs appt nearby and we arrived late that night and it was cold and raining .. my little boy is in a wheelchair so we asked to park near the hotel entrance in the handicapped spot ( we have the tag) but was told we would have to pay $22 parking fee! That’s insane! We would have had to park far away and push my little boy in the cold wind and rain … pathetic how they would treat customers who are gold Hilton Honor members! There were 4 of us and we asked for the complimentary waters, and they would only give us 3.. wow! The room smelled horrible !! Like the carpet had been wet and mildewed! The room was near construction outside and we heard every thing.. not the Hampton Inn experience we are used to .. the Winston Salem location is very subpar!
