Not an overly clean place. I found other people's body hair in the bathroom/shower. Sheets looked like they just remade the bed without actually changing the sheets, as I found specks and dried bodily fluids on the under side of the comforter. I was too tired to deal with it at the time and thankfully had another (seemingly clean) bed. I ripped off all the sheets off of both beds before leaving so hopefully they’ll get washed. Fridge did not work so the food I grabbed from next door ended up having to be thrown away. While checking out the receptionist was relatively cold. I let her know about the fridge and how I’d have to throw away my food. Her only response was “since you booked with a 3rd party website you’ll get your receipt from them” and turned away. I asked about a charge I had gotten on my card from the hotel, which she coldly said was for parking. They did not ask if I was driving nor let me know about it during check in. I was going to let her know about the state of the room when I arrived, but considering she was already nasty with me over something minor, I decided I’d just leave a review since clearly their staff wouldn’t care and would probably just get defensive.

Liked: It is located next to a Texas Roadhouse. I could eat and drink then just talk to my room.
Disliked: Room did not seem to be entirely cleaned. Found other people's hair in the shower. One of the beds looked like they just remade it without changing the sheets. I would not stay at...

Liked: One of the only good things about the hotel was the breakfast!
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was very poor as the shower drain was clogged as well as opened and filled with hair and was completely rusted. Along with this, the phones were not working from the room and the shades on the window were stuck and would not move as they seemed broken, therefore we could not open them in the morning. Overall, the experience was very poor due to the inconvenience of having an unclean bathtub and normal resources not working as they should.
