This was a great place...

Liked: It’s always good to have breakfast included in your stay and that was the most importantly factor in getting a room with this particulate hotel.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like. The staff was pleasant and the room was very clean.

Liked: People were fantastic employees. Extremely helpful and courteous. Hampton Inn always exceed the hospitality ratings of hotels to stay at. I strongly recommend Hampton Inns to everyone.

Worst airport shuttle service

Liked: Facilities and room comparable to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Had a king bed room which was a bit smaller than expected but clean and comfortable enough.
Disliked: Airport shuttle service was awful. It's on demand only so not run on a schedule but there was no one answering the phone when I called, repeatedly for over half an hour. Then when someone finally answered had to wait another half hour before the shuttle showed up. When asked why they didn't answer the phone they were unapologetic - said they were too busy, then claimed I must have dialed the wrong number. It was unbelievable. So if you need a shuttle ride from the airport - book somewhere else.
