Liked: Online check-in and a comfortable room
Disliked: I wish I had known about the fitness center renovation when I booked my stay. Finding out about it on the day of my arrival was disappointing, as I’d have liked the opportunity to explore other options beforehand. Also, the booking confirmation e-mail and booking.com said the check-out time was 1 pm, so I made plans accordingly. However, I received a call from hotel staff at noon asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. It turned out that the time on booking.com wasn’t correct. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating and extended my stay till 1 pm.

Won't be staying here again...

Disliked: Fitness center closed. Business center closed. Loud construction noises in adjacent room until 6 pm. Wi-Fi wouldn't work. Sink would not drain.

Very good

Liked: Dylan and Ally were amazing, communicative and informative. I loved that on our way to the hotel they text to see if we had any questions prior to arrival and to also let us know about the remodeling of the front desk. But they were there with a table to check us in and help us with any questions we may have.
Disliked: The pillows were so uncomfortable all 3 of us woke up with stiff and sore necks the next morning.
