Exceptional

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The property was close to the venue we were going to and it had a lot of parking.
Disliked: The hotel was loud all night long! The pool was cold. There were no towels. The elevator didn’t work well. The hotel was overpriced. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bedding was not hotel quality either. We travel a lot and were very disappointed with the overall quality of this hotel.

We had a great time...

Disliked: The bed was not comfortable

it was ok.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Evening coffee and tea was a great feature.
Disliked: For 1 1/2 days we had no hot water. Record breaking cold temps in the state and we could not shower. No compensation was offered. We were told not to turn any cold water on and then we should be fine. It was not ok, It was rough even washing your hands the water was so cold.
