Liked: Quiet, clean room with plenty of space. The elevator was fast.
Disliked: The parking situation needs work. $30 to have someone park my truck for the night is a bit steep. Why not give guests the option to park in your lot on their own? I parked in the ramp across the street and it only cost me $10 to be there overnight.

Not terrible stay but also...
Liked: The staff is incredible, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a humming noise in my fifth floor room and asked them to see other ones...which they gladly allowed me to as long as I was wearing mask in those rooms. I ended up staying in my own room that was quieter in comparison to the one on first floor. Pros: Very clean room, my bed was really comfortable. I have back issues from time to time when I?m not sleeping at home. This time I didn?t have it. Bed isn?t too soft or too hard, just right. You can control the AC settings to lower fan noise or higher and it completely masked any outside of my room noises. My 512 room was away from street facing another apartment building and it was private and the blackout curtain was really good... and of course the location walkable. TIP: for those ones who are noise sensitive I recommend you check the location address on how loud dot com.... this building is one a green-ish yellow almost orange area and that was the factor that helped me to decide whether i should stay here or not. In terms of noises, I?m glad I did.Now the cons: Their internet sucks in a major major way. I called in front desk but nothing was done because I guess they want to sell you their premium internet for 5 dollars a day... the bedding is soft and nice BUT WOULD NOT STAY IN PLACE.Bathroom: functional but if you want hot water and water pressure you?ll be disappointed. Water takes too long to get warm.FYI During the pandemic no warm breakfast, understandable... and there?s plenty of option out there, so it was not a problem. All in all, I?d stay that again because at least I could sleep at night.
Disliked: Water pressure, internet...
