Desk clerk polite when we checked in but missing in action when I came through other times.

Disliked: Lots of noisy children.

We'd stay at this Hampton...

Liked: The location was perfect for us. We'd stay there again if we were traveling through the area. We ate breakfast elsewhere since due to the pandemic, they offered a "grab and go" that didn't meet our needs.
Disliked: We made our reservation through booking.com. When we arrived, there was no reservation. Staff was excellent in solving this problem and booking us in the same price range.

Wonderful stop in Spartanburg!

Liked: Beautiful hotel in great location!Friendly front desk personnel.Loved the sitting area in room& nice sheets. Walkable to good restaurants- not chain restaurants. Breakfast was limited with Covid but Hub liked breakfast sandwich & I liked bananas & water bottle to go.
Disliked: We had accessible room for some reason so shower is not great with shower curtain in way.

Liked: The Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in & out was simple. Coupons were provided for the restaurant next door.
Disliked: Breakfast options were very limited, due to Covid "concerns." Since the state of SC has lifted many of the covid restrictions, I think it is time that you begin a return to normal business. It is aggravating to have to make an additional stop in a busy day for a meal that you had previously planned to be taken care of, included in the amenities of your stay. The rooms weren't cleaned daily, once again, due to Covid "concerns." This means that you have to go pick up your own clean towels at the front desk. It also means that you're not coming back to a cleaned and straightened up room, unless you do it yourself before you leave for the day. That's supposed to be one of the perks of staying in a hotel. I really missed that during my stay.

Liked: The desk clerk recommended the restaurant next door which was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.
