It was terrible. And upsetting.

Liked: The space in the room
Disliked: Not having bed bugs and having to load my family up at 1am to get them out of the room and my 8 month old having one on him in his car seat. I'm highly upset. And believe something more should happen.

Liked: Half of the building did not have running hot water. Room would have needed to be cancelled and downsized. I appreciate the front desk. Went room to room and check the water temp to find us hot running water so we wouldn't have to downsize.

Disliked: To be a Hilton property and cost 180.00 per night I expect more. The room door had a big chunk missing at the bottom. The refrigerator was dirty, the carpet was sticky, the closet door was broken. The bathroom ceiling had been patched, but not sanded or painted. The carpet in the hallway was stained. Overall the facility was subpar. That price was ridiculous for what I got. As I said I expect more from a Hilton property.
