Hotel made assurances they did...
Disliked: When the weather unexpectedly changed, I needed to extend my trip another day to avoid being on snowy/icy roads back to Denver (the VRBO I was staying at was already booked). I called ahead and was assured early check-in, which is the only reason I made the reservation. However, when I actually tried to check in early, the same employee who made the assurances reversed their position and would not budge. I was left with nowhere to go for 6 hours due to COVID-19 restrictions and closures. I ultimately had to drive back to Denver in the snow and pay for a full priced booking that I never got to use. I requested a cost reduction due to the circumstances, but never got a response to either inquiry. There was ultimately a complete lack of customer service and care and no regard for my safety.

Beds are comfortable and breakfast...
Liked: How kind a young man at the front desk was when I arrived.

Liked: Great location, nice rooms and breakfast.
Disliked: My room was not clean. Supposed to be extra clean during Covid. There was a long black hair right by the faucet in sink in bathroom. Room seemed not quite cleaned.

Just right - Hampton Inns...
Liked: Breakfast was accessible & there was coffee & cream ready at 5:30am when I needed it. I can?t use powder creamer so I always have to go searching for creamer packets. This place had it.
