Frustrating

Liked: The common areas were really clean, and the breakfast was good quality even if there wasn't enough seating for everyone.
Disliked: When I arrived, there was nobody at the desk. I waited 25 minutes before I just left for a dinner I was attending, one I had hoped to freshen to prior to attending but nobody ever came. I returned after the dinner and was glad to see the was a staff member at the front desk. However, there were two people in front of me, and the first guy had an issue with his booking. He took a seat and the next person was checked in quickly, there was nobody behind me in the lobby and the front desk disappeared again taking a call into another room. She then stood in front of me "moving things around" in the computer for an extended period of time. I waited 30 minutes to be checked in, an hour in total wine this was my second attempt to be checked in. My shower had mold in it, and the wallpaper was peeling (room 315)

Disliked: Charge for parking

Disliked: I was surprised about a daily parking fee of $10 that wasn’t included in price.

Liked: Great breakfast selection. Choices tasted good too!Travis was amazing! He was observed handling a rush of check-ins with a friendly, helpful spirit. No other staff was present to assist. He managed check-ins, unlocked the kitchen for a delivery, assisted a lady on the phone enquiring about a meeting place, and rectified my non-working room key all while maintaining a great presence! You are fortunate to have him representing your establishment!
Disliked: The TV screen was dark and we were unable to find an adjustment for it. Not a big deal but...

Wouldn’t stay here ever again

Disliked: Our vehicle was broken into, along with another vehicle the same night and the police officer walked the building and pointed out that the motel doesn’t even have a camera on the side of it. There was as no housekeeping the 3 days we stayed there, no towels changed, no trash taken out. Our trash was over flowing and we had to take it down to the trash ourselves, many others were leaving their trash bags in the hallway as well.
