Liked: Reasonably priced with a good breakfast
Disliked: The $25 per day incidentals charge is pretty confusing. There?s no mini bar in the room. The only place to have incidentals is at the front desk. It appears the incidentals charge is just a way for the hotel chain to use other people?s money while they?re on site.

Superb

Liked: Room size for the King Studio was really nice. Bathroom is roomy and attractive. Pool view room was extra quiet. Staff is friendly, the hotel location is central for Scottsdale. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, pillows were nice. Extra blanket was in the closet if needed. Breakfast was ample and varied, with the Western omelet and ham being the best. Parking was convenient and there are great restaurants close by. I would return at the right price.
Disliked: The front desk at check in would not use the reservation to correctly charge for the room. Also, front desk clerk did not initially give the correct type of room. Billing was straightened out with a smile at check out. But I could easily not have noticed the $80 overcharge. Refrigerator does not stay on for more than 2 hrs at a time. That is not safe for food storage. It is good for about 4 hrs of cold temp but then needs to be turned on again by pressing a button on the inside. There is no dresser for unpacking clothing. This might be annoying for a more than a 2 to 3 day stay. Hotel should eliminate the small plastic bottles of shampoo etc and convert to the pump dispensers to go more green!

Liked: 1st floor room was easy access. Loved being on sunny side and used patio chairs on our patio. Nice pool. Even used exercise bike one am.
Disliked: Water pressure at sink in bathroom was very low. I did not report until we left. Would like 2 sinks in BR but we shared.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Some Espresso would have put it over the top. The bathtub drain was slow and was fixed within one hour! The facility was very well thought out with little decorative touches. Layout of rooms and bathrooms was highly functional.
Disliked: The comforter on the bed was two heavy for me and my partner fortunately there was a cotton blanket we could use so that was a save&high
