We used to love staying...
Disliked: Aa soon as we walked in the room and turned lights on we see a roach running on the desk.. We killed it then once we got out stuff organized and showered when we layed down the bed was so hard and some pillows were no good and last when we checked in thw charged us parking shwn before they wouldn't

Liked: Staff at reception very friendly.Thanks to the staff that prepare the breakfast.
Disliked: Ice machine was broken on the 4th floor.Pillows are cheap and are not firm by no means. Hotel stated upon arrival they started charging for parking, but not noted on website. Took advantage of the soccer tournament, Fiesta and Oyster festival?

Ok, place to stay
Liked: The room was clean and at a comfortable temperature when we arrived. Check-in was fairly quick. Although I don't use hotel shampoo and conditioner, it's nice that they're full sized as opposed to the tiny bottles we used to get. Breakfast has a good selection and was always stocked as long as it was open. The dining area was well lit and kept very clean. Elevators felt a bit on the "about to go out" side, squeaking, only one opened most of the time we were there, loud popping sound when the door closed. so we were nervous every time we got on. Although, I didn't like being blindsided by having to pay for parking, I guess I felt safer, knowing that people parking were apart of the hotel and not random people that were going to other establishments that are around the area, so if anything happened it could be tracked more easily.
Disliked: Charging for parking is something I've never heard of and was not made aware of before. If it was in the fine print and I didn't catch it, that's my fault, but if it's a new policy, I think it should be more noticeable when booking. I was caught off guard after driving 8 hours to have to go back and get vehicle information and then be told I have to pay daily for parking. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. Cleaning is every other day. I'm sure i could have called to have it cleaned and restocked with towels, but we were busy. I didn't have time, so I didn't bother calling to ask. One of my cards wasn't activated, so I went to the counter to have it activated, and she tried to tell me maybe it was my fault if I had it next to credit cards or phones. I simply wanted my card activated.

Best hotel stay, definitely will...
Liked: The staff was awesome and friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers. I love that the facility had the pool the children had something to do plus the gym was a plus thanks for the quality and care your hotel provided. Definitely recommend 10/10 thanks…
