Hampton Inn & Suites Rohnert Park - Sonoma County

The hotel was just fine. It was conveniently located to Sonoma State where we had a campus tour scheduled. It was also close to lots of restaurants, which was helpful in an unfamiliar area. We wished that it had had a small refrigerator to store leftovers and things from our ice chest, but other than that , the room was spacious, the bathroom had excellent hot water and water pressure. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices including hot waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, eggs etc. It was a nice way to start the day and convenient to be able to eat at the hotel and not have to look around for a place to eat a quick breakfast. The lobby was large and the breakfast area large and comfortable. We will choose Hampton Inns again.

This is the second time...

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: There was blood on sheets, the pillows on the bed smelled like somebody's hair. I'm handicapped, and no trolley for luggage. The food was not kept hot. No butter to be found anywhere!

Comfortable, quiet, clean; a little...

Liked: The room was clean even though it was showing wear. I asked for a room on the top floor away from the elevators, I received what I asked for, and the room was pleasantly quiet all night. I do run the fan in my hotel room wherever I go for white noise. The included breakfast buffet between 6am and 9am offered a nice selection including, but not limited to: biscuits and gravy, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, different breakfast breads, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, and juice. The supply was consistently refreshed. Also, I noted the front desk working with maintenance personnel to fix room issues brought to their attention by guests.
Disliked: The room I was in is showing wear, but with the lower price point, this is expected. The room was clean. I talked to the front desk about any concerns or questions I had. That was good enough.
