Liked: Very beautiful & clean. All the staff were friendly. The indoor pool was perfect for kids & a decent temperature. The location is amazing downtown.

Liked: We loved the restaurant and the pool.
Disliked: Our shower door did not close so every time we showered the floor would get extremely wet. In terms of the staff, one of the front desk receptionist was not welcoming.

Amazing location and great hotel

Liked: The location is amazing, just across the Strong Museum. Great value and it includes a hot breakfast which is great, especially travelling with kids. We didn’t use the pool and gym but we went to see them and they looked great. Really recommend this hotel.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. Every employee I met was polite, friendly, and accommodating. We had a slight problem with the elevator and the employee worked quickly to fix the problem.
Disliked: The food at the restaurant is a bit expensive.
