Spent a night away with...
Liked: The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and updated.
Disliked: The hot tub water was very slimy and slightly green, the bed in the room was as hard as the floor.

Liked: Only stayed for like 2.5 hours my plans going up there didn't pan out so had to leave early but still got charged full price but I understand

Liked: The interactions with the staff was always pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel must have been preparing for a large renovation ( which it desperately needed) because 75% of the parking areas and surrounding area of the hotel was taken up by countless shipping containers, making it almost impossible to find a parking space.

Liked: It was in good proximity to where we needed to be in the morning
Disliked: The bed was awful. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Both myself and my daughter(23yo) woke up with aching backs and sore necks. Never have I had an issues with beds in a Hampton Inn.

Liked: The lobby and social area was clean and appealing to the eye. The hallways were clean and upgraded.
Disliked: The room (#207) was a cast back to the 70s. Old and worn, dark and uninviting. Bathroom was in need on a total remodel. Sinks not properly draining, shower spigots coming off the wall.
