Liked: Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good location.
Disliked: They were undergoing renovations that we were not told about when we booked. The hot breakfast was replaced by “grab and go” items that had to be taken out or eaten back in the rooms. Some of the new fittings, like the shower door that slid open during a shower have yet to be adjusted.

Good

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The room doors are heavy and if you allow them to close on there own they sound as if someone is slamming them shut.

Depressing

Liked: Good bed
Disliked: Newly redecorated room the most unattractive cold sterile room I have ever stayed in felt like a prison cell. Been staying in Hampton Inn 40 years. If you keep redecorating like this, we will go elsewhere.

Large comfortable room with great...

Liked: The room was comfortable and had convenient amenities like fridge and outlets by the beds. Wifi was free. Breakfast was great--free, and a big variety of options. Parking was easy and they had EV charging stations--although you had to download a special app to use them. There were lots of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The beds were so high off the ground that my granddaughter had trouble getting up on it.

Liked: Location was easy to find and close to my work destination for the trip. The staff were outstanding at check-in and at checkout. My bed was great.
Disliked: Location was under construction and I did not know until I arrived. Wish something was said during the reminder. Breakfast items were not refilled timely

Liked: Friendly staff. Even though under renovation you could tell the employees and the contracted workers worked hard to maintain cleanliness and appearances.
Disliked: Extremely spotty free Wi-Fi
