Liked: Staff was excellent! The night check in lady was wonderful! We were there for a baseball tournament and she asked nightly if we played good and won!

Disliked: Noise kept waking us up all night. The bed was harcdis. Not worth the expense. Stayed at other Hampton Inns with great experiences for a lot less money.

Liked: The air in the room didn’t work. The water in the shower was a sprinkle . The tv kept going on and off. They were remolding . I would like a refund. This cost way to much for 1 night stay in the NASTY city of radcliff KY

Disliked: Room was not clean enough my husband stepped on a earring in the bathroom I called before making my reservation to make sure they had a hot tub they said they did which when we got there to check in they did not have a hot tub The beds were really hard but the pillows were really nice
