Overall, it was not too...

Liked: Overall, everything was pretty good and we had everything that we needed. It was very clean and the staff was great.
Disliked: We were on the 2nd floor and had to call the front desk 3 times between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. because the people above us had kids that were running back and forth making so much noise that my granddaughter and I could not sleep. Each time, they quieted down for a couple of minutes and then started right back in. There isn't much for insulation between the floors and ceilings to cut down on the noise, We ended up moving to a room on the top floor (4th floor) at 10:00 because it was the only way were going to get any sleep.

Returning from a family trip...

Liked: Upgraded to suite which was spacious and enjoyable. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom too. Kids loved the pool which was nice and warm which is not always the case with indoor hotel pools. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options. Check in/out quick and easy. Hotel was clean, safe, quiet. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Mini fridge did not work but we didn’t need it so didn’t bring it to staff’s attention to fix. Sofa bed was not very comfy but fine for little kids. Highway traffic was a little noisy but we travel with a sound machine so not a big deal for us.
