Great facility with a couple...

Liked: A great facility with friendly personnel. We experienced two setbacks: 1) After 3 uses, we never managed to have the room keys/cards to work again. Employees were not able to fix the problem. 2) The body gel dispenser in the shower did not work. Everything else was very good!

Hotel itself is nice just...

Liked: Hotel itself was nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
Disliked: We had a room facing the freeway and the noise was insane. All night long a constant barrage of car and truck noise that made sleeping hard for the entire family. We also paid $350 a night due to surge pricing apparently. Unfortunately we were in town for a family event, no other choice, but room is $200 max at best, especially with the freeway noise.
