Loved the inn and the show at the Gila River Arena. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, like staying in a luxury hotel. Would stay here again if in the area, gladly.
Liked: The room was incredible.
Disliked: Not as close as was expected in advertisements of being within walking distance. Being elderly and with handicaps we could not get there by walking and there were no shuttles from hotel to arena.

If I am ever attending another event in that area this is the hotel we will be staying in. We had a very pleasant walk from the hotel to the Gila River Arena. Local restaurants were good; staff was helpful. My only complaint would have to be a large water leak in the bathtub that kept dripping the entire time we were in our room. I thought the value for a Saturday night was exceptional for the location. This is a lovely hotel and we had a lovely stay.
Liked: Location; friendly staff; breakfast choices in the lobby; clean rooms.
Disliked: Dripping faucet in the bathroom.

In town for the Copa America tournament, so only stayed one night. The clerk at check-in was wonderful and accommodating. Great room with a comfy bed and pillows. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Would stay there again; nice close location to concert venue, shopping and restaurants. Facility was clean, and quiet. Better than average breakfast selections. Only downside was room cleaning could have been done much earlier in the day, when we were out of the room. Still had a dirty room and towels when we were attempting to get ready for a dinner engagement. Perhaps a staff shortage of cleaning people?
Liked: Very friendly staff; very quiet.
Disliked: Irratic cleaning schedule.
