Liked: Breakfast was excellent and the room was great and clean

Disappointing

Disliked: We arrived around 8:30 and when we got in the room found we were next to the pool and very close to the hot tub. A group in the hot tub started playing music at a high volume. After three trips to the front desk we were told that the pool was open until 10 and there was not much they could do. I asked him to come outside to listen and he finally agreed to ask them to lower the volume. It did get better but still needed to put on tv to cover the noise.

Disliked: For Check out we stand at the Front desk for almost 20 min and no one was there to help us I thought that was very unprofessional at a Hotel Someone has to be at The Front desk and if they leave it has to be for 5 min I guess

Disliked: bathroom was not as clean as i thought it should be

Disliked: When it was cleaning day, (room) they forgot to change linens on sofa bedding or replace a clean bedding.
