Disliked: Pool was very cold and hard to enjoy

Disliked: The box spring on one of the beds was broken. We did notify the front desk.

Disliked: A hotel breakfast attendant that addressed my son very rudely rather than speak to me, the adult thats right there. You dont rudely address kids without their parents knowledge. It was over toppings in the waffle machine, no sign was posted.

Liked: Awesome stay with 2 suggestions- bathroom door won’t lock somehow the design was not too comfortable, sliding door had gaps and won’t lock.Secondly- we are from CA and very new to area , we were expecting the rack which usually displays all near by attractions so we can plan our day. We were lost on how to plan our day in the beginning but,Front desk staff was awesome who helped us with this by printing directions to go around and list of restaurants around. It helped a lot. Thank you.

Very good

Disliked: For it being a family room they have very small trash cans. Upon moving the couch/ pull out bed we found a large toenail clipping and potato chips, there was obvious damage to the bathroom shower ceiling and blood was wiped on the side of the open and partly used toilet paper roll (which we promptly tossed). The breakfast was outstanding and staff were very polite.

We had a nice stay.

Liked: Check in was great, the stay and breakfast were great. Great location, not that far to the ice rink.
Disliked: Bathroom door is the only drawback of the stay. Really need a real door.
