Liked: I did not like the fact that I booked the extension at 10am with a $40 price increase only for the price to drop back again by 2pm (after check out time)- assuming I would not want to move hotels should not be an excuse for being accused of potential price gouging by booking.com - the hotel said their hands were tied.

Disliked: That's they went in my banking account not once not twice but four times and the manager or anyone can't tell me why call the hotel over 10 times today and the front desk keep giving me the respond what the general manager tell her to say like really
