Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room!
Disliked: Woman on duty at front desk during the morning of Friday, 3/15/2024 gossipped and complained to another staff member about her job and family life. It was depressing/annoying to hear all that while eating breakfast nearby.

Short and sweet but just...

Liked: We were staying where we needed to be and the room was very clean. We were told that we were perhaps the first to stay in this room since the upgrading of rooms on the floor. Shirlene, at the front desk, was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The fridge in the room was not working and was very noisy for an appliance that was not working. That is all that I can think off for the things that I wasn't happy about.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Our room was gross. Outdated. And very dirty!
Disliked: It was dirty!!!!

Short and Sweet

Disliked: I needed to adjust my reservation and I got the run around from booking.com and the hotel. I ended up paying for two nights instead of the one that I needed. I don't fault the staff or the property. But I didn't appreciate getting the run around, I also attempted to adjust the reservation well in advance of the deadline.
