Very comfy and nice.

Liked: That it was close to so much, had the mall in front, various food spots. And even provided breakfast
Disliked: I didn’t like the small parking lot but the permit to park in front in the mall parking lot made up for it. However still a walk, especially if it’s cold.

Fast Easy and Cozy.

Liked: Our favorite Location when on our way to Los Angeles for a good night rest after a long day of traveling and of course shopping.
Disliked: Price is high for competitive hotels.

Good location and close to...

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to so many restuarants, fast food options, and right across the street from the Ontario Mills Mall so you can just walk on over. You can walk over to all the restuarants and fast food options as well. It's a 50 minute (with no traffic) ride to Hollywood and to Anaheim (Disney), but there is always traffic. You have to head out early in the morning to beat the traffic. They had hot breakfast from 6am to 9 am. Since we were leaving early everyday we definitely enjoyed the breakfast options to get our day started. If we had to stay here again I guess it would be OK, but I will probably try one of the other hotels near by. Overall it meets the expectations for a good night's rest and good customer service.
Disliked: The room is outdated and needs renovations. The shower has old stains/marks like you would see in someone's home bathroom over time. The shower pole was broken. The bathroom plug was not attached so we would remove to allow drainage, and place black to ensure nothing came up the bathroom drain. That was a bit annoying. There was no refrigerator in the room, which to me is ridiculous. I have never been in a hotel room without a refrigerator to keep your purchased drinks cold, as well as any leftovers. There was no microwave in the room, but I know many hotels are moving away from having them in the rooms. This didn't bother me as much as I've seen an increase in this practice. They do have a microwave in the lobby where you purchase snacks. This may be a hassle if you have smaller children as you'll be up and down just to reheat food. My kids are big so we were good.They have a small gated pool by the street/parking lot. We did not use it so not sure if it was clean, but it's by the parking which I hated. If they would block off the view from the parking for more privacy that would be beneficial. The Hyatt Place does this with their hotel pools, and you would never know you're surrounded by the street and/or parking.
